I've bought a fair amount on the classifieds<br /> 2. I've never had an issue with being unhappy with the shipping time<br /> 3. Shipping and communication was never an issue. I've only had one shipment delayed and the seller was in contact the entire time so I never had a concern that I wouldn't receive what I paid for. She included extra clothes for the trouble, too. </p> <p>As a seller, I have been delayed a couple times for shipping. I tend to buy things that are "nice" to have so I don't need them immediately, and it's nice that they show up so quickly. A couple times I have had to ping the seller to make sure they hadn't forgotten about me, but that's been pretty rare. All items I have purchased have shipped in a reasonable amount of time.</p> <p>I feel if there is a delay on the seller's side, they should let you know if it's been 3+ days and they still haven't shipped. A seller cannot control the post office. A good rule of thumb is to always use usps tracking (if you create the postage online, you automatically get tracking info. USPS has had some really bad delays in the past 3 months or so.
