I cook everything else. It's really nice. We also dig board games, trivia, and cards. Having a glass of wine or a slice of pie out on the deck is nice, in the warmer months. And if we can't always afford a babysitter or don't want to go out, then surely there are some good ideas on how to make a night special even when we're at home. DH and I fall into the same routine of putting the baby to bed, getting our dinner ready and eating in front of the tv with a cocktail or glass of wine with our latest Netflix movie. And that's ok but I want to switch it up. </p> <p>What do you like to do? My issue is that it's hard to make anything a surprise since I work full time and DH works from home a lot. I'm usually racing to get home at the end of the day in order to spend as much time with DS before he heads to bed so I don't want to stop at a store on the way home. </p> <p>Thoughts? Thanks! </p>
