I do also take fenugreek, blessed thistle &amp; drink mothers milk tea, so those may impact it more than the cookies, but the cookies can't hurt! The recipe I use calls for 2 Tsp. Brewers Yeast &amp; 2 Tsp. Flaxseed Meal but I use 4 of each &amp; don't think the taste of the cookies changes much. I just figure if I am eating them &amp; making them I might as well use a bit more (I read a reviewer of the recipe saying she did that so I tried it out). What are yours?</p> <p>My go to is Magic Cookies (actually Miranda Lambert mentioned them in Taste of Home this month but I've been making them for years!)<br /> You Need:<br /> Peanut Butter (I like creamy but crunchy works too)<br /> 1 Cup of Sugar or Sugar Substitute<br /> 1 Egg<br /> 1 Tsp Vanilla<br /> Opptional: I add Nutella to the mix or Chocolate Chips on top sometimes<br /> Mix &amp; Bake @ 350 for 10 minutes. NOM NOM NOM! </p>
