I know my pregnancy skin won't freak out using it. However, I started using raw African black soap a few months ago, and I've noticed that I don't need to exfoliate nearly as much. I use it about every other day in the shower after a facialist recommended it a couple of months ago. (I asked her what she thought was the first, most important step to taking care of my skin as I'm getting older and she just put it in my hand and said "use this every other day"!) I just got a facial again last weekend and the girl said my pores looked amazing!!! I told her I had been using the exfoliant and she was like "yup, I use it too, that will make the biggest difference overall." My MIL just gave me a Supracor SpaCells face sponge, and I've only used it a couple times so far but I really like it. It seems gentler than other scrubs, but it leaves my skin really smooth.
