Serve with crusty bread. Cheesy, slightly spicy, delicious. I've eaten in with chips, raw veggies, crackers, bagel chips, on a sandwich, topping a salad, you name it. I'm addicted.<br /> It's shredded chicken, a cheese sauce made with hot milk then melt cheese into it (muenster works really well), then thicken as desired with rue. We add blue cheese to ours too- dressing works well. Oh, and of course the hot sauce!
