I just purchased the lasinoh one and like it much better. I think it's fine...it was about 40 bucks if I remember correctly. I have gotten a ton of use out of it, and now that I'm back to pumping at work with an electric, I keep it in my diaper back in case of an emergency. I was pumping at work with just the manual for a while because I was going to quit pumping and then decided to get back to it.
