<description>&#60;p&#62;Our fave meal this summer is roasting small zukes cut into fingers with small halved tomatoes with olive oil, oregano, and salt for 20 minutes at 400F.  While that's going boil Campanelle pasta and brown some sliced chicken Italian sausage.  Deglaze the pan you cooked the chicken sausage with a hefty slug of white wine and toss with pasta, the roasted veggies (and all the juices) and a splash or two of your favorite marinara just so there's enough liquid to bind everything.  Add chili flakes and shredded basil and serve with grated cheese.
