Thanks ladies for all the suggestions. I was torn about spending money or going cheap. I think I'll take @betsyboop: suggestion and just use some cheaper stuff for now. I know I'll probably get stretch marks since I got them when I grew as a teenager. :/

My stretch marks appeared at 37 weeks, I thought I was home free, but then, all of a sudden, there they were. They're pretty much gone now, 14 months post partum.

I used Palmer's Cocoa Butter in the jar, I love the smell, that's primarily why I used it. I would just use it before bed, I'd use my regular shower oil and lotion after my shower.

I use this one: https://store.drhauschka.com/b2c/ecom/ecomEnduser/items/itemDetail.aspx?&page=&store=&itemNum=BT&siteId=1&bulkexists=0

I’m not convinced it or anything will prevent stretch marks but it leaves my skin super, super soft all day long without being heavy or oily like a lot of heavier creams seem to do. I just use my normal lotion for the rest of my body, Cetaphil.

My mom gave me Dr. Palmer's (with Vitamin E and cocoa butter) for Christmas....I have been using it since. One tube has lasted me about 2 months and it's almost done...I just got another. It's not very expensive. So far, no stretch marks (just about 26 wks).

I had stretch marks prior to getting preggo, and I know there is no way to prevent them, but I found that bio-oil really helped to dull them once they were there. I actually used it on my armpit/top of boob area (I got stretch marks when my boobs grew...awesome) and I didnt' want them visible in my wedding dress. It helped a lot.

There really is no cream or lotion that can prevent stretch marks. So I havent spent any money on this. I just use my regular st ives body lotion just to keep the skin from getting dry and itchy.

I haven't found one that works. I'll have to try one that was suggested here though... I'm ready for the stretch marks to go away!

I've tried a bunch but have found the Mama Mio one to be the best so far. It's pricey, but it's very very thick so a little goes a long way, and it does a GREAT job of moisturizing, which you'll need once your belly begins to stretch and your skin becomes dry.
I first tried coconut oil from the grocery store but found it was too oily and a pain/messy to apply. Then I bought a butter bar made especially for pregnancy stretch marks from Lush but it smelled horrendous. THEN I bought the California Baby stretch mark lotion, but the husband couldn't stand the smell (I agreed), and it was pretty thin so I went through a tube pretty quickly.
My advice would be if you don't want to spend a TON on stretch mark creams, use a less expensive one until your belly starts to get really big (for me, around month 6-7) and then switch to Mama Mio.

Any lotion should be just fine. Don't spend a lot of money because stretch marks are more genetic than anything and no cream has been shown to be effective at preventing them.

This stuff was reeeaaaallllyyyy great. http://www.amazon.com/Otopia-Belly-Natal-Stretch-Massage/dp/B0012188I2/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top

But for some reason, I cannot find it ANYWHERE anymore. I have no idea what happened to the company. If you can find it, it's a great one to use! I had 1/2 a bottle left over and gave it to my friend who recently delivered. She loved it too.

Hi date twin! I was just looking this up myself. I think I'm going to order this one: https://www.belliskincare.com/pregnancy/elasticity-belly-oil.html
My dermatologist recommended this line.
