Quesadillas on the grill are great, too. You can even roast veggies (jalapenos, peppers, onions) on the grill and make homemade pico de gallo. That is one of my favorites. </p> <p>We had a few friends over for dinner last Friday and we made chicken kebabs. We marinated the chicken and veggies (onion, g pepper, r pepper and baby bella mushrooms) in a garden herb marinade overnight. Or salmon on the grill is really good too. Get a big piece and leave the skin on and then mix equal parts dijon mustard and brown sugar and spread the mixture over the salmon and grill it up. (Or maybe I do?) We grill steaks and shish kebabs pretty often, but it would be nice to do something different like chicken, pork, or fish... what non-beef things do you like off the grill? </p>
