On our honeymoon, I had a cheese plate with almost every meal and would also order it for room service to enjoy with wine in our room...one of my favorite memories from our honeymoon.</p> <p>When I was pregnant I stayed away from all the soft cheeses just to be safe, but I practically ate my weight in Beecher's Flagship Cheddar (a sharp white cheddar...Oprah's favorite mac&amp;cheese is from Beecher's Cheese in Seattle). I also love a good cheddar, and gouda, and muenster...really, there aren't very many I don't like.</p> <p>I'm not a huge fan of blues, but they've been growing on me.
