This week, we're doing a simple version with butter, garlic (put on before roasting ... more after), and some parm &amp; pepper to top it. It's just a yummy, creamy, garlicky dish. I use about twice as much meat in the sauce though to make it a bit heartier. DH saw it was on the menu this week and I can tell he wasn't completely excited for it - he admitted it wasn't a favorite.</p> <p>That's the only way I've used spaghetti squash so I need a new idea! I don't want it to go to waste. :) </p>
