This is my fav way to cook it, from Skinny Taste. It takes away the fishy taste!

I just cooked tilapia tonight. Drizzled it with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper and baked it at 425. Squeezed fresh lemon juice on it and ate it with rice and roasted cauliflower. So yummy!

Our favorite recipe goes like this:

Put some flour on a plate. Whisk together some milk and an egg. Then put some French fried onions in a Ziploc bag with a little lemon pepper seasoning & garlic salt. Seal the bag and crunch it up really small. Then dip the filets in flour, then milk/egg, then Ziploc bag. Make sure they are well coated in the onions. Bake for about 15-20 minutes on a sprayed cookie sheet. I have been known to squeeze lemon juice over them during the last 5 minutes to make them extra lemony!

I like pan frying it, then making a lemon caper butter sauce to top over it.

Fish tacos are good, or I take a decent-sized filet, sprinkle with lemon juice, rub with garlic, sprinkle with parmigiano reggiano, and bake it. Mmmm.

I usually cook it, chop it and throw it in some fish tacos. We'll have that tomorrow night, actually!

I'm not a seafood person, but have been making an effort to include some fish in our diet. I usually make Dijon fish cakes, which is what I'll probably end up doing tonight, but I thought I'd ask and see how other people like it...

What's your fave way to prepare tilapia (or similar fish?)
