<description>&#60;p&#62;DH took out leftover pasta sauce yesterday so I ended up making that but it was sooooo freezer burned and disgusting! We ended up chucking it and I made fish balls and dumplings instead. hahaha&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Tonight the ILs invited us over for dinner - woot!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;DH wanted to do Pork tacos instead tomorrow night. :)

Wednesday: breakfast for dinner-pancakes and eggs&#60;br /&#62;
Thursday: tofu risotto with spring peas&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;We may swap out one of these things with chicken quesadillas.at some point, but I am not sure yet. I need to get back.in to this!

&#60;p&#62;I have chicken, potatoes, kale, lentils, beans, tofu, and some other assorted veggies and grains as well. We grocery shopped on Thursday, so we will likely try to go again then.&#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;We usually do meal prep on Sunday nights and eat the same / similar thing most days - grilled chicken breast or fish with veggies. Our veggies this week are spinach, kale, tomatoes, asparagus, sweet potato, squash, and eggplant. Will either grill the veggies or toss a big salad. I hope to make Thai Green Curry with jasmine rice once this week though. And Sunday we have a potluck dinner so it'll be spicy beef fajita in the slow cooker.
