My hands have been crazy dry (cracking, peeling) since my kids were born. My naturopath recommended fish oil and it's helping. I just take a tsp/day. I keep a bottle at my bedside and a bottle at work. I work in a hospital so I'm going in and out of patient room, using the hand sanitizer each time I enter AND leave the room. This helps protect my hands a lot.
