10-6.

DS doesn't sleep until 9:30 pm.. and while she can easily sleep til 7-7:30... DS wakes up at 6 (even though he goes down by 7 pm!). So in between the two kids, it's hard to get any time at night or in the morning.

LO is usually asleep by 7:30-8:00 pm...but her wake up time is all over the place recently. Two days ago, she woke up 4 times over night and was up for the day at 4:50 am. Last night, she just woke up once (again, at 4:50 am! wtf), but my husband managed to get her back to sleep until 6:30 am. I couldn't go back to sleep though.

Daycare breakfast/lunch and snack have to be packed, and dinner has to be cleaned before I can go to bed, so I'm totally not including that time in my sleep window, since realistically, I can't choose not to do those things--therefore, I *can't* sleep instead.

I'm going to say my sleep window is 10 pm-5 am. With wakeups, sometimes.

LO is in bed by 715/730 & is up by 630 everyday, regardless of when she went to bed. I guess my sleep window is 11 hours but about 1 is spent on chores/after dinner clean up, 1.5 or 2 is spent winding down, hanging out with DH/relaxing, about 30 minutes is spent getting ready for bed. I'm asleep no later than 1030 every night so I usually clock about 8 hours. I'd like to go to bed at 9 but I need more wind down time than that.

my two-year old goes to bed around 8:30 and wakes up at 7:30
my nine-month old goes to bed at 9:00 and wakes around 9:30.

so my sleep window I guess is 9:00 - 9:30 (my husband is home to wake up with our oldest), but I usually end up sleeping 1:00-8:30 or so, but with lots and lots of wake-ups.

Our 19 month old goes to sleep at 7:30 and sleeps until 7-8am.

Once he goes down, I usually take a shower, get my stuff ready for work the next day, do some chores and get into bed. I'm in bed by 9 and asleep by 1030 (I love tv way too much).

I get up at 5am on weekdays for work, and whenever DS wakes me up on the weekends.

they are 2 years old and almost 1. they go down together at 7:15 because they have to share a room...

I don't get them until 7am, so I guess my window is 12 hrs or so, but sometimes I stay up too late! :)

They go down around 9:30. DH and I get into bed around 10 usually. On a good night, they'll sleep until 3:30-4 am. Awake for 20-40 min (depending on how long they want to eat. If they wake up on after the other, that sometimes turns into 1 hr+). Then they go back down until 6ish. If one gets up earlier than the other I can sometimes coax him/her to go back to bed while the other sleeps. If they both wake up at the same time we're pretty much toast and have to start the day. So it's roughly 9:30 pm-6 am and I try to sleep as much of that as possible! Both babies are napping now... I don't know why I'm not sleeping too!

Now that the kids are a bit older, they usually sleep through the night or have just one wakeup. Our son goes down first usually, and then our daughter goes down an hour or so later. So my sleep window starts at 9 or 10 pm, and goes until I wake up at 6 or 7 am.

That's a ~9 hour sleep window... I usually spend about 5-6 hours of it sleeping (the rest of the time is for work and chores). Then once a week or so, I'll fall asleep while putting my daughter down and sleep the whole 9 hour sleep window.
