For 3 years DH worked between 60- 80hrs /week as a resturant/bar/banquet manager. He rarely got a 60hr work week. It was suppose to be seasonal and go down to 30hrs/ week during the winter but that never happened. </p> <p>Now he does data analysis and business planning. We just back from dinner &amp; he will be working the rest of the night. They sell to independent bicycle retail stores (as opposed to big-box stores). Spring and summer are their busiest times of year, and because DH is part of the leadership team the hours are expected of him. Winter's not quite as crazy.
