I try to only take it one way each day. If I'm picking up, but working downtown, it's about hour and 15 minutes. At this point, I wouldn't be dropping off and working downtown, because DH works 2 minutes from daycare. He does most of it, and it takes him 20 minutes to walk her to daycare and then get to work.
