<description>&#60;p&#62;3 days a week I do a 40 minute spin class plus a 1.5-2 mile run. 2 days a week I do the 30DS (I hate strength training so doing the DVD is the only way ill do it). And I just run the other 1-2 days!

I did 25 mins walking on the treadmill this morning which is better than my 15 minutes I started off with just a couple weeks ago. I have been doing some ab/leg exercises on the floor while I play with LO and do some arm exercises either on the treadmill or after. Eventually i'll be back to jogging!

Then I run on the treadmill as many other days as I can at naptime, usually twice a week. I'm trying to prioritize it more and run as soon as they go to sleep so I don't slack off.

The strength training isn’t just work with weights, it’s like cardio-strength training, so you burn tons of calories – lots of burpees, planks, squats, etc; all with weights.

Nothing fancy, but the body parts are: Arms, Shoulders/Abs, Back, Legs/Abs. I can't wait for the weather to get nicer! And for spring, because I think i'll be ready to go back to Crossfit!

Water aerobics includes cardio and strength training and each night has a different instructor which keeps it interesting. Once I lose a few more pounds, I might replace a night or two with hot yoga to work on my flexibility.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I workout for about 60 minutes most days. I do 30 min of cardio + 30 min. weightlifting/floorwork. I do a rotation of arms/legs depending on the day, but always try to do ab work each workout.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I break it up with taking an &#34;easy&#34; cardio day and swimming laps in the pool!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Next step will be to add in yoga/kickboxing/zumba classes so I don't get bored with my workouts!
