I live by the beach, so there's a huge swim culture here. Babies are all in the water (ocean, pool, etc.) right away! I was born in July &amp; in the pool with my mom right away! You can't do sunscreen until 6 months and newborn skin is really sensitive, so the chemicals in the water are probably not good. I don't plan on taking LO to the beach itself, but we'd like to get a condo with a pool so we can swim a little. Is a month too early for small amounts of pool time? I'm assuming yes, but it never hurts to ask! </p>
