A month later we are still in the thick of it, although DS is also teething, so that may be a major factor. Extra night wakings and feedings is what we've been experiencing. Also, super heavy diapers upon wake-up probably because of all the extra milk during the night. DS's 12-hour Pampers diaper would leak through his pajamas, swaddles and the sheet. The first was just a few days, and the second lasted about a week and generally meant it was near impossible to put her down, then 2-3 wakeups a night. I ended up going to bed with her at 8pm most of those nights because she would only stay asleep if I was laying next to her. Now I am REALLY scared for the 4 Month Sleep Regression, since I calculated that we'll be in Europe when she turns 4 months! </p> <p>If you dealt with the 4 month sleep regression - WHEN did it start for your LO? Right at 4 months? Sometime in between 4-5 months? How long did it last? And what can I expect besides a lot of night wakings and extra feedings? I'm thinking it will be really rough with this AND time difference? Need to prep myself for what is to come! Thanks! </p>
