I had a horrible sleeper who I nursed back to sleep every 1-2 hrs from 5 months to 14 months. I found not getting my period was awesome because I had no hormonal mood swings that whole time. It also prevented endo from growing back. As soon as we did sleep training, my period came back like clockwork.
