He said it had to do with oil from his head coming down to his face and chest..? I was very reluctant but gave it a try bc his acne was just sooo bad. It cleared up right away! Before that I had done Honest shampoo on his hair and just water and occasional breastmilk on is face. For him, they pop up worst around places that are in contact with adhesives, but also other areas. I think it is an allergy of some kind and suspect it is related to a milk sensitivity too. Hope it clears up for her soon! It keeps going away in places then cropping up in new places. It started about a week and a half ago and it's getting worse not better. I stopped using coconut oil and tried breast milk and an oatmeal bath to no avail. I know it's very common and doesn't hurt her but I'm also curious if it could be some kind of allergic reaction or something i eat because it's so much worse than my son had it and lasting much longer. She is peeing and pooping fine after being backed up for a couple of days and having some eggy farts. It's also much more dry and crusty than my sons was but its not like cradle cap either. </p>
