I have IRL friends whose kids sleep and eat on a perfect 3 hour schedule, and are just very consistent on sleep and wake times for naps and nights. I was so convinced I was doing something wrong because my kids just wouldn't be consistent....and then I just learned to deal :) </p> <p>And fwiw, my kids just transitioned their naps on their own. They just weren't ready to sleep at their previous awake intervals. Went to 3 naps for like 2 weeks, and then have been pretty squarely on 2 naps since about 7.5 months. DD is almost 13 weeks and has no predictable nap schedule. It's generally working for us right now, but wondering when I should start thinking about an actual nap schedule for her. </p>
