Around maybe 9-10 months he excitedly started swinging his arms like he would if he was clapping but not really clapping with his hands. M knows what sign goes with what word (if you say more she signs it, same with all done) but she doesn't seem to really know what it means. When my LO was really young, she would start scrunching her food, then she moved onto shaking her head. Now she will either shake her head or tell me she's done. "More" is usually pounding on her tray and then I ask if she wants "more" and use the sign she says nods her head and says "yeah." But I do know she claps when she's mad, when we got to change her diaper and she cries and starts clapping! ha </p>
