We have never been on a set schedule. I do everything on demand but we do keep the same routine (eat, play, sleep). The only schedule we keep is her bedtime routine which we started when she was four weeks and I am so glad we started it so early. We never fluctuate her bed time more than 30 minutes either way (she goes to bed at 6:45).

I'd say I had a schedule around 4 weeks. I did follow my LO's natural eat/sleep pattern and made a schedule from that.

We were late on the schedule thing. But if you see patterns you should track it for a day and see how long your LO goes between eating and sleeping, so you can make your own schedule. Just be prepared if it to change a lot as they grow older.

LO is almost 4 weeks old and I'm starting to see eating and sleeping patterns. I'd love to be on some sort of loose schedule (for my sanity and ability to quasi plan my day around LOs needs).

When was you LO first on a schedule? Please tell me this happens soon!
