14 months, she would take one nap at daycare aka grandma-care, and two naps on weekends with me. But a lot times those weekend naps are in the car when we're out and about. We are rarely ever home for to her to nap in her crib.

LO was 10 months when we transitioned to 1 nap. He was taking a super long time to go down for his second nap, and most of the time, he would sleep 15 minutes and be back up. So we stretched his awake time in the morning and got him down in the afternoon. He started sleeping 2+ hours in the afternoon after that point. I was a little sad that he gave up his second nap so early, but it was better for us since we could plan around just his afternoon nap rather than two!

She moved last week to one nap at day care, when moved up to the toddler room. So 12 months. On the weekends, she takes two. We can do a cat nap in the car for 20 mins, and then nap time like at day care.

She was fighting bedtime for awhile, and staying up 30-45 mins then normal. She is now back to be asleep by 7 and sleeping till 6.

First LO at 14 months, second is 13 months and we are starting the transition but he's not totally ready yet. He's up at 7, nap 11-12:30/1 and then...ugh...short catnap around 4 pm to get him to bedtime around 8. The thing is that he can't stay up later than 11 yet, and 1-8 or even 7 is way, way too long, so we're stuck with two for a bit longer. What you might need to do is limit the first nap...

She moved to one nap at 12 months. She would either fight her second nap (which is not like her at all) or nap easily, but then not want to go to sleep at night, so we knew it was time to drop the second nap. We moved her bedtime up to compensate a little. She used to go to sleep around 8:30, and now she typically goes to bed at 7:30. She used to sleep 10 hours at night, and now sleeps 11-12hrs.

We just went down to one with the time change at 14 months. For the last couple months I thought it was time cause she would fight one of her naps everyday. But she would still nap over an hour especially in the morning, and would be so over tired if we tried to skip one. It was crazy how she automatically went down to one overnight.
ETA since we have gone to one bps she now sleeps longer at night, usually 7pm until 8 am. So same bed time but sleeps an extra hour later

She just moved to one two weeks ago at 13.5 months. She was taking her morning nap easily enough but then not showing tired signs around her usual second nap time. A few days in a row she passed out in the car around 5:30/6 after just not going down for her nap.
We pushed back her morning nap and now she goes to bed a bit earlier.

DD is seriously fighting her naps the last couple of days and I'm wondering if it's because she's ready for just one? We just went down to two naps at about 8.5 months, and she's 10 months today. How old was your LO when they moved to one nap? And how did you know it was time?
