She said to take zofran/reglan meds if I needed. I stopped the patch and had about 3 rough days. After that, mu nausea pretty much went away. I'm at 28 weeks and I've been med free since. I still have some mild nausea but pretzels are usually enough. I have thrown up bile once since then but luckily it doesn't stick around. </p> <p>I am concerned that it will return because both my sister and SIL saw their nausea returned towards the end. Even on the med, I was still vomiting at least once per day, but around week 22 it disappeared. With my second, it improved again at 20 weeks, I had a really bad relapse at 26 week, and then it improved again after a few weeks, but it continued for even a few days postpartum. Even when the worst of the HG wasn't bad anymore, I still had major food aversions and absolutely no energy at all. Hang in there! I stopped throwing up two weeks ago (I'm almost 16 weeks) and rarely feel nauseous.
