He had similar symptoms...back arching, fussy after eating. But his wasn't silent though. He was spitting up constantly. My DD did the back arching/fussing thing too. But she didn't have reflux. I just had a fast let down and she was swallowing too much too fast. There has been a few times where she was just screaming and I don't know why - maybe once a day for a few days in a row. She doesn't spit up much, so I'm wondering if it is silent reflux. It seems like it should have started earlier than 10 weeks, though, right? Maybe she is just being fussy? When did your LO's reflux start? She has started drooling a bit more recently...and she has always swallowed randomly during the day (not while eating)...are those symptoms too? </p>
