Nothing extremely long or bumpy. LO had really good head control though and was sitting on her own too. I actually started around 5 months. He loved the stroller and had great head control so I tried him on a short slow run. He thought it was awesome so we kept it up. The bob suspension is crazy smooth, as I'm sure you know. When I watched, my LOs weren't getting bounced around any more running in the bob than they did in the snap n go because of the hard plastic wheels making the stroller more jolty. I waited a little longer than that, but was def running in our neighborhood by 5-6 months. BUT it was short runs, and I'm pretty slow - so like 10-11 mm pace and like half hour max. I wouldn't go for a long, fast run at that age. Just use your judgement. Would she be ok in the regular part of the bob or should I put her in carseat and use carseat attachment thingy? I've been taking her for walks now for awhile in the stroller part, it would be on concrete....do you think it would be fine or no? </p>
