But we started the ordering process at the end of March! We ran into a couple different problems trying to order from BRU and in the end decided to just go with a local store. We brought it home super early, like by 10 weeks or so! Our parents went in on it together. We assembled it a week later, the day it was delivered. I couldn't wait! :) I ordered it so early because it was supposed to take 4-6 weeks to ship, but it came super early! </p> <p>We already have her dresser, changing pad thing, crib mattress &amp; rocking chair setup. I would vastly prefer it be assembled, but DH hasn't finished painting and we're waiting to put together the furniture till after that. If I were worried at all about her arriving early, I would have made certain it was already done. Her stuff is all still in the attic (put it up there last year), and it's stressing me out! They were delivered a week later and DH assembled them right away. We did it so early because DH was home from work for two weeks around Christmas so we were trying to get as much done then as possible. It was nice having the nursery ready early just in case. If it is getting closer and your doctor thinks the twins would be coming even earlier then you would have a better idea and could get them then. You could even have everything set up but the crib. </p> <p>38ish weeks? We moved right before my due date and got it then. We planned on using the PnP if it came to it. DS ended up being late so no big deal and we never used the crib anyway.</p> <p>With DD we didn't get it until we bought a house and moved when she was few months old (the one we wanted wasn't released yet).
