It just seemed like a waste until he was really mobile. In hindsight I might have gotten some soft sole ones a little earlier. For us that was after she turned one. She was cruising beforehand but daycare mentioned that if we brought in shoes they'll help her practice walking with shoes. I'd like to get him some shoes for when we're outside or in public, but this seems really early. At what age or standing/walking level was your LO when you bought shoes? </p>
