We didn't want shots of LO asleep in a flowerpot. We got beautiful photos of LO -alert and looking at the camera. As others have said! Photog suggests before 10 days old so they are good and sleepy. Basically he ruled the shoot lol there wasn't much "posing" involved cause he'd never stay how we positioned him. He was awake most of the time, and even when I tried nursing him to sleep, he'd wake up once we started moving him.<br /> It was funny, but we missed some shots we wanted to try because he wouldn't sleep deep enough.<br /> I've seen most babies have theirs done between 5-7 days.
