It may be my fault though because I never did any tissue massage to help it heal. I felt 100% healed before now….but now when I touch the scar I can’t feel any sort of scar tissue or anything under it and I can actually barely see the scar itself. I haven’t used anything to fade my scar but it is very, very light and hard to see. I think around about 6 months pp I felt totally “healed” although then my scar still felt a little tender to the touch. I've heard from some people that it doesn't ever feel "normal". I can lift heavy things, exercise, walk, etc, just like pre-pregnancy....but the area around my incision still feels sensitive /sore when i touch it. It's not sore if i don't touch or rub it, but I am aware that it's not completely "normal"? how long does it take to feel like you never had a surgery in the first place? </p>
