First pregnancy, I had awful MS until 26 weeks, then I was on pins and needles about my complete previa until 28 weeks, and then my nausea came back at 36 weeks, so I had like 6 good weeks in there?? I think around 35 weeks I really started to feel physically tired and slowing down.

This pregnancy I think the nausea went away by 16 weeks, although it comes back unexpectedly here and there. Unfortunately DS started daycare in January and I have been sick nonstop without medication for like 2 months now. Ugh. I'm 27 weeks and I've definitely felt my body slow down and feel more tired easily this past week, so I guess the 3rd tri slow down is happening faster this time around.

My first pregnancy was all sunshine and rainbows the entire time.

I was not so lucky the second time. Unfortunately I got pregnancy rhinitis right around when my 2nd tri started this last time so I was pretty much miserable the whole time.

With #1 I didn't feel better until after I delivered. I was sick and had terrible food aversions all the way through pushing. The "so tired I could sleep for 16 hours" thing eased up around 16 weeks.

With #2 I threw up every morning, and was nauseous all day. That passed around 14-15wks (with random one-offs the rest of the pregnancy, normally when dealing with poop). I was super exhausted the whole time, though, and had terrible hip and back pain that went away after delivery.

With M I felt better right at the start of the 2nd tri. But with my current pregnancy it was more like 15-16 weeks. Thankfully my husband was off work for that whole time (teacher) so it was a big help with a 2.5 yr old around. Hope you feel better soon!

Right around 14 weeks this time! Nausea went away (it wasn't terrible) and heartburn went away. Also I felt a bit less tired but still exhausted. I mentioned it to my doctor and they tested my iron and it was low. Now with the supplements I'm feeling a lot better and rested!

After the first trimester was over I was given diclectin for my nausea/vomiting so that kept it under control but I tried to go off it a couple times and couldn't. And then the heartburn started. I don't remember any golden time! But I hope your experience is different :)

With DS #2, I was feeling nauseous in the AM only at 14/15 weeks. I still feel nausea here and there (at 22 weeks), but it could be the progesterone I'm still taking.

With DS1, I never had horrible nausea or anything. It would come and go in waves throughout the pregnancy, but it was random and not too bad. I was exhausted throughout the first trimester though.

With DS2, I had extreme nausea and it didn't go away almost the whole time. I was on meds for it, and tried to wean off several times and couldn't until 33w. I had about 3 "good" weeks from 33-36w, when my prodromal labor started....and that lasted for 2 weeks before he was born. It was rough! lol
