I will try cutting them up more too. At school, she usually eats a few peas or one or two green beans--nada at home--and also eats things like pasta that she also won't eat for me. She loved it and you really can't bite too big of a slice if you're watching them. I gave her Fujis or Galas (any of the softer or sweet varieties) and she would go to town.
