The most he has had is a couple ounces, sometimes just a sip. I had no desire to pump after 1 year, and my supply was basically nothing (we stopped nursing at 9.5 months). We started 80/20 (bm/wm) and slowly increased the ratio of w/m. At one year, she is totally on whole milk and has no issues. I did half whole milk and half breast milk in a sippy cup. She couldn't have been less interested. I thought it was silly to move to formula for 1 month and Ped said it was fine to do CM. My ped suggested it (up to 4 oz/day) when I told her about my pumping stress. I am really glad we did, because it got DD used to drinking WCM, cold, from a straw. It also helped us rule out any allergies/reactions before we were ready for the real switch. When we started weaning, I just started offering WCM more often (at all meals, when I got home from work, etc.). Gradually, DD started drinking more and more of it.
