I think baby had a growth spurt between 23 and 25 weeks though, because I'm obviously pregnant now. I was in maternity pants at 15 weeks though, because they were far more comfortable. Plus I'm short so I popped early. I would say by 12 weeks I was strictly in maternity pants. Those make it look more like a bump versus just pudgy. Around 12 weeks, the bloat went away and I had my body back. I just moved to a bigger size though, didn't get my first pair of maternity pants until week 12.
