I miss him, but I think it's also really good for me, and for my marriage, to be able to get away.<br /> For the first 13 or so months of his life, LO was pretty cool with anyone taking care of him. We could have friends put him to sleep if they were over for dinner, we could leave him with my sister for an afternoon, whatever. Now he's old enough to miss us, and the "circle of trust" for him has narrowed, but there are still several people that he's fine with (like my mom or my sister).
