We knew we wanted them close together, but I wasn't sure how I'd feel after the actual delivery. I ended up having a c section, and had a wonderful experience, and already started looking forward to #2. But in my head I'm thinking we'll TTC for #2 after bb #1 turns 1. I want to be able to devote at least her first year completely to her and not worrying about if this month we'll get the BFP. I don't really want them more than 2 years apart. Then after we came home from the hospital I thought there was no way I would want baby #2 for a LONG time. I didn't have baby fever per say. I just knew I wanted my 2 kids to have somewhat close in age (ideally less than 3 yrs apart). Our kids will be 2 years 3 months apart and we're good with that. I started getting baby fever when we started trying for #2. As soon as we brought him home we were trying to figure out good timing to try for the little brother.</p> <p>We want to give Cam a lot of attention his first year and as much breastfeeding as possible (or at least build up a really good freezer stash), I don't want to be sick while I enjoy his early months, so we'll start trying again late this fall.
