@twodoghouse: ugh! I hit the 24w6d wall. A few days before I was definitely slower but could still walk around. I went work and was so uncomfortable and exhausted. Definitely having trouble sleeping and back pain. These twins are doing a number on me now.

I'm so glad it seems like MOST people have periods of relief at least until the end. I'm actually feeling much better today and my outlook on the world today is much rosier haha. I think I need to remember good days are coming on those days I feel like crap.

I have days here and there that are uncomfortable, but it's definitely not yet a 24/7 thing for me. I just reached 34 weeks today. I slept poorly last night and had some bad heartburn yesterday, but it wasn't unbearable. I remember hitting 28 weeks and feeling really uncomfortable for a few days (I remember saying something to my mom about hitting the third trimester and instantly being uncomfortable) but it went away after a few days. Now things come and go (like back or rib pain, etc).

I'm 29 weeks and have had bouts of feeling uncomfortable (ie, I had lots of RLP just from walking our dogs around 24 weeks or so but that has gotten better as I've figured out walking more slowly helps, times when I felt really constipated, times I had trouble sleeping, etc). But overall, I still feel pretty good. Sometimes my back and shoulders ache after working all day, but I'm not constantly uncomfortable yet. I'm sure it's coming though! I'm not that swollen or even that big yet--I've only put on about 10lbs and since baby weighs like 3 right now that really isn't much--so I'm basically waiting for the other shoe to drop!

I'm just shy of 32 weeks and I'd say I've been uncomfortable off and on since about 26 weeks. It just depends on the day and what I'm doing. Some days are great, others are achy, painful, difficult. Sometimes I can sleep, sometimes I toss and turn and lie awake all night. It's really hit or miss, but the fact that I still have good days mixed in has made it very bearable.

With #1 I thought I was uncomfortable, then I hit 37 weeks and hit a whole new level of miserable. I feel sorry for my husband living with me those last 2 weeks.

I'm at 34 now with #2 and feel pretty crummy (but MUCH less swollen this time) but I know there will be another level of misery coming up soon enough.

My husband is asking when I will say that I miss pregnancy after this one arrives- not sure if I ever will again, I told him I may even put money on that statement. This guy is posterior, so his kicks are NOT cute and fun like #1 was, pretty much everything hurts at this point. He dropped a little bit around 28 weeks, that was a whole new level of relief, I was getting bruising from the inside near the right side of my ribs that was horribly painful.

I was doing really good until about 38.5 weeks. Then I was just over it. It got really uncomfortable at 39ish and I've been pretty miserable since. I'm 41 weeks today and I cannot wait for my induction Tuesday morning. It can't come soon enough. :(

Right around week 27ish LO moved up into my rib cage and camped until he was born. I had to sleep on a recliner to be comfortable. Around week 33 I started to wear a panty liner all the time because I was peeing everyone I coughed or laughed. And then finally at week 37 my ankles swelled up so bad I could only wear flip flops :)

The last 8 weeks were uncomfortable for me. I had a late summer baby, so being big was tough when I was hot and sweaty. I swear it took months for my sweat glands to readjust to normal.

Never got uncomfortable with my last pregnancy but DS was really small so that's probably why. I think towards the end I started to get a weird version of heartburn where I got a bad taste in my mouth after eating but it was not a big deal at all.

I didn't really ever get that uncomfortable with DS which was remarkable considering how huge my baby belly got and how big he was. It was even summer time and I was out going on long walks in the hot summer sunshine. I will say that I remember that sleeping got a bit annoying in terms of switching sides in the night and my hips aching but that was it really. Nettle tea was a life saver with swelling so never had much of that at all!

However, I'm only 18w with this pregnancy and am already starting to feel uncomfortable. Lovely!

With my 1st, I was seriously uncomfortable from almost the start because of stomach and indigestion issues. Once those subsided, I was physically uncomfortable every day from about 20 weeks on - round ligament pain, back pain, swelling, my crotch hurt, carpal tunnel later on, itching - you name it - I pretty much felt it! The last 4 weeks were HARD! I seriously was sad at the thought of being pregnant again. But this pregnancy has been 100% easier!

Um 16 weeks? My heartburn became unbearable then! Last week, right before 25 weeks I was coming home crying from work most nights because of the pain in my ribs and hips and not being able to eat much of anything without feeling sick. I've heard twin moms commonly hit a 24 week wall, though. Hopefully my belly will start growing out more so there's more room for them soon! May will be here before we know it, right? (Fingers crossed)
