H got 2 crap naps. Then freakin refused to go to sleep for bedtime. It basically took an hour and a half- classic overtired symptoms. I didnt know about this 2, 3, 4 routine you guys spoke of so I looked into it and that's pretty much what happened today...Her first name was her usual 30-40 mins, but her 2nd was 1.5 hours. We did have a playdate this morning, so maybe that zapped her, but then we did 4 hours awake after that and are nursing to sleep now. Unless her two naps are really short (30 mins), then she will have three naps. Usually though, her morning naps are &gt;1 hr and her second is 45 mins and she is good on those 2 naps for the day. DD is a month older but will take usually a 45 min to 1 hr nap around 1030/11 and a 30m nap around 4/430 if we're home.. And it is hard to get her to take those. She thinks like her mama, napping is boring!! We started following a 2-3-4 schedule like @Weagle. It worked really well for about a month, month and a half.
