Trick or Treating in my childhood neighboorhood was always on a Sunday afternoon so it wasn't a huge deal to be out and about alone during the daytime. Plus, I always went with my brother. </p> <p>I remember when I was in 4th grade, though, I went trick or treating with a friend in her neighboorhood at nighttime and it was the coolest thing!! We were alone.
