We use the mam bottles, and the level 2 nipples were suggested for 2+ months. LO was not finishing any bottles even after eating for an hour. (formula "expires" after an hour). Once I upped her to Level 2 nipples (she is still on them now at 9 months), she started finishing her bottles more regularly.</p> <p>I don't panic though if she leaves an ounce or so in a bottle.
