But I chose an OB who also practices there, is an RE, but has his own practice as well. I was told however that if anything happened I could call and be seen up until I was 10 weeks. </p> <p>They refered me to an OB and set up my appointment for me. I am to have two ultrasounds and some my blood drawn a few times to check my estrogen and progesterone before then. He told me I could have my 9 week ultrasound at my local RE's office or at an OB's office. I'll probably stick with my RE because I like her. </p> <p>Also did you wait until you graduated from the RE to schedule an appointment with an OB or did you schedule it ahead of time? </p>
