I sautee her veggies instead of steaming so I cook them in either olive oil, butter or both. If so do you consume dairy? if you answered yes to both of these questions there's a good chance your baby is not dairy intolerant. So far we've steamed everything, but I was wondering when we can start using butter. Also oil, is it best to use olive or vegetable, and when? You guys are my solids gurus : )
