I'm leaning towards 4 because I don't have clear memories of actually riding a two wheeler for the first time. I learned to roller skate when I was 4, but they only let me skate inside the kitchen when I was that young. They let me outside when I was older. I moved on to rollerblades in the 3rd grade or so. As for rollerskates, I don't know when but it was probably sometime in elementary school. As for ice skating, I think that was just something I tried when I was older. My sister and I learned how at the same time (she was 5). We kept falling down, but my sister just got up and tried again. I, on the other hand, started getting mad and I kicked my bike really hard, several times. My dad (who is very light spoken and generally quiet) told me if I ever kicked my bike like that again he would take it away and give it to a little girl who would take care of it. Annually, the school puts on a bike safety demonstration since a lot of kids rode bikes to school or around the neighborhoods. One of the safety lessons was to ride a bike through a cone obstacle and perform safety features (hand signal for stop, left turn, right turn, etc.) at certain stops. Well, I was the only kid that didn't know how to ride a bike. Rollerblades, I learned in 4th grade, and ice skating I learned in junior high? Pretty similar to rollerblading AND I can't stop while doing either one.</p> <p>Hubs plays ice hockey, so he can do the hockey stop and spray ice everywhere (usually all over me). I must have been in 4th grade, so 9? I learned how to rollerskate around the same time, and that was my method of transportation as a kid!</p> <p>Never learned how to skateboard, but I did learn how to ice skate when I was 10 or so. I lovelovelove ice skating better than bike riding and rollerskating.</p> <p>When did you learn how to ride wheels? </p>
