At 23 months she still doesn't have one. She was in a sleep sack until 18 months and we transitioned away from that when it got hot here. It has been too hot for anything. Once it cools I will give her a blanket.

At around 10 months, we let them take a little blanket into the crib as a lovey...my twins are now 25 months and neither one seems to get the concept of keeping a blanket over their body to stay warm, so they are still in sleep sacks, just using the small blankets as more of a comfort item.

A decent sized minky lovey at 6 months and a minky blanket around 9-10 months. Naps only at first. At first it was tucked in but now it's out and she looooves sleeping all wrapped up in it. It does make me a little nervous but she's finally sttn!!!!! I constantly put the blanket on her head playing peek-a-boo during the day to make sure she can always get out!

We talked to the NP at his 9-month appointment, and she was confident he would be fine with a blanket (not a comforter, but a standard baby blanket). He's large for his age so he was more the size of a 12- to 13-month-old. So we've gave him one and he's been fine for 6 weeks. He's growing attached to the blankie, which I was hoping would happen.

At about 18 months. I wanted to get her used to it before we stopped the sleep sack. At 24 months, she actually wants to sleep with her sleep sack + a blanket or two. We use an A&A Dream Blanket + a Little Giraffe blanket on top (in the winter).

Starting around a year, we let her bring an A&A into the crib for naps if she is clinging to it and doesn't want to let go. She uses one at daycare for naps, too. But still no blanket at night, she's 15 months. She does have a rotating menagerie of stuffed animals in there, though. We let her have an Angel Dear lovey at 6 months and she gradually added to the stash as she got older (probably about 10 months on?).

My LO is almost three and still wears a sleep sack. Not gonna lie--I would too if they made them in my size. Seems so cozy. We let her have a blanket in the crib around 18 months. She is a summer baby so it wasn't cold before then.

Probably around 16 months? I would have felt comfortable by a year but she's a summer baby and it didn't get cold until she was over a year. Her room is always cold now so she has two fleecy blankets (though rarely is she still covered in the morning). She also had a little comforter in there now but shed rather use it as a pillow.
