But then came winter and he didn't really drink any (maybe 2 oz a day on a good day). Exactly that. I gave water before, but it was mostly a novelty. LO is 10.5 mo and I offer water with all 3 meals and throughout the afternoon and evening. She really likes sucking the water up through the straw, but she spits out more than she swallows lol. I'd say most days she gets around .5-2oz. Like at least 4-8oz a day?<br /> My lo is 10.5 months and drinks mayyyybe 0.5-1oz of water per day but I fully expect that to increase once he's off of formula at 12 months.... </p> <p>Did you find that once you stopped formula- or breast- feeding that LO's water intake increased pretty dramatically? </p>
