<description>&#60;p&#62;Since we don't have any allergies, DD was probably on table food by 7 months. I remember we did purees 2 weeks before she was 6 months, did that for 2 weeks, then went straight into BLW after.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I think around 8 months is when we started giving her a lot of table foods.  I will put a chicken breast in the crock pot and shred it for a few days worth of lunch or dinner.  Peas, rice, grapes, blackberries, blueberries, corn, raspberries, cheese, English muffin with pumpkin butter, breakfast sausage, she loves it all! The only thing she hasn't liked so far is cottage cheese.

<description>&#60;p&#62;T is 9 months and has been eating solids from 5.5. I introduce a new food every few days and keep a log since DH and I both have food allergies. She's eating mostly pouches and purees. She digs mum mums and puffs. She gags on cottage cheese. She had steamed broccoli for the first time with mild success. She has had grated cheese &#38;amp; avocado.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;When did your LO really get going on table food?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Any single or few ingredient suggestions to give to her?
