She fits in a couple 0-3 month things but mostly 3 months. I agree that it does depend on the baby though. My LO started wearing 3-6 around 8 weeks but could still wear some of the bigger 3 month clothes since her main issue seems to be length. My LO was a preemie so we are just now moving to 3 - 6 months and he is 5 months old. My best friends baby is 4 months old and already wearing 6 - 9 month clothes, so you never know.
